Phoebe’s dog, Sadie, doesn’t stray too far from her theses days. We adopted Sadie when Phoebe was 3 months old and they have always had a special bond.
Without getting into the details, Phoebe is sleeping 95% of the time now and struggling in many areas. She needs your faithful prayers of healing and peace, now more than ever.

This is truly the sweetest picture of love and grace. I am humbled beyond measure to be allowed into this special time for your family. Sweet Sadie, animals are so sensitive during these times. I swear, they’re a straight pathway to divinity. I lost my daughter to cancer just over 10 years ago, and I feel deeply for you all. Phoebe is just lovely! Vaya con Dios little one.

My thoughts and prayers go out for all of you in this time. Along with all the other reasons, the photo of Phoebe shows how special she is-the love and devotion that Sadie has for her is palpable. I wish I had some wise words to offer but I am inadequate to that task and can only wish peace, blessings and comfort upon each of you and your house.
Lord Jesus, Your word says You will bind up the hearts of the “broken hearted”. We ask that You send Your sweet Holy Spirit to hold this precious family, and their Little Phoebe, very close and give them peace as only He can. Allow them to feel Your unmistakeable Presence as they walk through this valley and restore their souls. Allow Little Phoebe to touch the hem of Your garment Lord Jesus and receive Your perfect healing. Surround them, dear Lord with Your precious love as never before, as each of us lift them up to You for Your amazing touch on their lives, meeting each and every need as they walk this path in You, and carry them Father when they can no longer put one foot in front of the other.
Your are Sovereign, dear Lord, Your ways perfect and we give you all honor, glory and praise. Your mercy endureth forever. It is in the precious name of Jesus Tat we ask all these things. Amen!

I’m so glad that Phoebe has such an amazing bond with Sadie. I pray Sadie can help Phoebe through each day she has left. I also pray that Sadie brings you joy when Phoebe joins Jesus.
My dog has helped me through the death of my father (I know it’s not the same as losing a child), but she helped me to cope. She sat next to me while I cried, letting me know I wasn’t alone and then helped me see the joy in things again. She helped me to smile and laugh again.
You are all in my prayers. Even though I don’t know you but Phoebe and your family are on my mind often. I will continue to pray for all of you during this difficult time.

Oh, Father, may this time of sleep be one of the most deep-seated times of restoration for Phoebe! We know what the report of the doctors is, and we know Phoebe has surpassed their time line. We know that as long as there is breath, there is hope. Nathan and Amey, you have stood so strongly, so steadfastly, with such love and faith…It’s very challenging to stand against what one’s eyes see. In the name of Jesus I strengthen the angelic host providing that hedge of protection around Phoebe, holding death at bay, because Jesus has triumphed over death, hell and the grave. Thank you, Sadie, for adding your precious devotion and love for your sweet mistress.
